We've had a lot of growth in the past year, and with growth comes the need for new talent!

There are clear reasons why your referrals tend to make the best hires. Here are the top three:

In light of these three factors, we're happy to announce our Employee Referral Program aka "Dollars for Doers."

Recommend to us a "Doer" - someone who gets work done, fits with our values, works with the team. If they complete the interview process and accept our offer, at the end of their first day at Lakes Dermatology, we'll reward your matchmaking skills with $200 dollars. If they pass their first 90-day probationary period, we'll give you $300. And, at the end of their first year, we’ll top it all off with $500.
